This hotel is a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are small but have some essential amenities like a bed, wardrobe, toilet, and a tiny TV with a decent set of channels. Having a washbasin in the room was a good addition, although the size of the rooms was a significant downside for me as it was too small to even bend my back properly.

The service at this hotel was quite friendly and accommodating. The staff even let me practice my German language skills with them, which was a nice touch. They were helpful and nice, willing to answer any questions and provide information about the city. Additionally, they offered free maps and various brochures, making our stay comfortable and informative.

It is conveniently situated at a walking distance between two metro stations, Museumquartier and Kettenbruckergasse, making it easy to explore the city. Being near the museum quarter allowed us to reach most places on foot or through the nearby U-bahn, which was the primary reason for selecting this hotel.
